    Genesis Media is looking for a Manager, Programmatic Sales & Operations who will be responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of the programmatic business within Genesis Media. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales and/or operational professional with background in ad network and programmatic management and integrations. In this high-visibility role, the Manager, Programmatic Sales & Operations will be responsible for building and executing on plans designed to maximize our revenue-generating programmatic relationships.

    This is a full-time position located at HQ in New York.

    Responsibilities:

    Work closely with sales and programmatic solutions team to integrate strategic programmatic and network partnerships
    Evaluate programmatic platforms to build increased efficiency across revenue stream with a focus on revenue maximizations
    Manage channel conflicts, optimizing for best risk/reward scenario
    Drive innovative ways to integrate first and third-party relationships in order to improve campaign metrics
    Serve as primary operations point of contact to new and existing partners on technical issues, general maintenance, and performance reports
    Optimize fill rate and campaign performance by recommending and enacting adjustments to inventory and campaign delivery components
    Maintain understanding of programmatic waterfall and structure
    Analyze and modify integration and launch process, with a focus on increasing efficiency, margin and revenue
    Participate in ongoing client meetings with active platform publishers
    Serve as an expert and evangelist on key programmatic business trends

    Desired Skills and Experience
    Requirements:
    BA/BS or equivalent required
    3+ years experience advertising operations, with a focus on network and/or programmatic revenue operations
    Experience setting up SSPs, Deal IDs, PMPs and optimizing against them
    Understanding of programmatic deal types and buy set-ups
    Mid level of experience in technical integrations, partner onboarding, partner management, strategic account management, yield management, and/or client-facing product management with an advertising technology company
    Solutions focused, client management and analytical skills across ad operations, technical and product areas all pluses
    High level of comfort escalating and presenting key issues to senior management
    Experience with Internet video a huge plus. Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of Internet technologies on consumption of media across the US.
    Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player

  • Account Manager

    Account Manager will join the operations team to help with the general trafficking and account management duties. This role may also include the following but not limited to ad hoc reporting, data analysis, cross-functional project management and QA.

    Reporting to the VP of Ad Operations, the Account Manager will join the operations team to handle the day to day management of clients and their active video campaigns to provide flawless execution of their campaigns while meeting all delivery goals and key performance metrics. This role may also include the following but not limited to ad hoc reporting, data analysis, campaign optimization, cross-functional project management and QA.

    Key Responsibilities
    Insertion order management and administration
    Ensure campaign assets are collected, QA’d and trafficked in a timely and efficient manner by responsible parties
    Optimization of campaigns to meet delivery and performance objectives
    Active day-to-day maintenance of existing publisher relationships
    Creation of internal and external reporting and post campaign analysis
    Work with sales team to help grow clients and increase overall rebuy rate for active relationships
    Proactively build relationships with all clients at all levels of the organization
    Provide excellent and prompt customer service by being consistent, and proactive
    Maintenance of audience segmentation and data targeting tools
    Assist sales with RFP process when needed

    Desired Skills and Experience
    Qualifications (Tangibles)

    BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
    1-3 years experience in account management
    Strong knowledge of campaign metrics and optimization (CTR, VTR, eCPM, Viewability, etc)
    Experience in Adtech’s ad serving technology – not required but a plus
    Campaign management or advertising operations experience
    Superb skill in Microsoft Office Suite – most importantly Excel

    Key Responsibilities
    Partnering with business development, product, technology and operation teams to ensure the proper onboarding for new publisher
    Work closely with business development team to manage a publisher account list including handling publisher inquiries, resolving concerns, optimizing publisher integrations and making outbound requests to publishers to further Genesis Media’s strategic initiatives
    Act as day-to-day contact for publishers, focusing on yield optimization and demand performance
    Manage timelines and deliverables across all teams during initial launch of platform on publishers
    Provide publisher feedback to product and technology teams for platform improvement initiatives, including but not limited to platform UI/UX, reporting, campaign mix, etc.

    Participate in creating a knowledge base to document processes, guidelines, methods, procedures and best-practices

    Requirements
    BA/BS or equivalent required
    Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
    Strong analytical, strategic and organizational skills
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Sense of project ownership and self-motivation
    Proficient in web-based technologies including HTML, XML and JavaScript
    Solid understanding of online advertising and rich media ad trafficking
    Strong partner communication and presentation skills with ability to act as the face of Genesis Media to the publisher
